Chromosome 17 is a new organization that provides networking for families of chromosome 17 disorders and the resources they need to learn more about different conditions and symptoms associated with chromosome 17 disorders. Chromosome 17 was founded as a parent-to-parent organization because of the lack of information available for chromosome 17 disorders. In addition to an up and running support group, they are currently working on completing their website and are making plans to develop a newsletter and pamphlet on chromosome 17.
