  6. What and when is your organization's next big event?
  7. What is your reach? (How big is your membership? How many people do you communicate with regularly?)
  8. How big is your staff? Any interesting facts about staff? Board?
  9. What current event affected your organization most in the past six months?
 10. What has been your biggest accomplishment over the last year? Since your inception?
 11. What sorts of challenges have you been faced with in developing your organization?
 12. What was your most creative fundraising event/method?
 13. Any particularly successful publications or advertising you’d like to share?
 14. What sorts of initiatives and projects are high priority for you right now?
